Recommended for young skaters with some prior experience who are able to balance, glide forward and backward, and fall, and get up without assistance. Levels will be assessed by coaching staff.

50-minute group lesson once per week

Skaters work through six stages each broken down into Balance, Control, and Agility.

Program is intended to teach skating skills for all on-ice sports including figure skating, hockey, and ringette.
