The Beaver Valley Athletic Association (BVAA) would like to assure you that you can feel safe and secure when providing your personal information through our online registration application:
- All information within the members area is 128-bit encrypted (the same as online banking)
- Credit card information is never stored
- With multiple back-ups, the latest firewall technology and advanced physical security, your data is secure.
Privacy
Your personal information, such as names, home addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers is private and confidential. The information provided is stored in a secure location and is accessible only by designated administrators and used only for the purpose for which you provided the information. There are no circumstances under which the BVAA will provide or sell personal information to third parties.

How the BVAA Protects Your Privacy
In order to best protect your privacy we use multiple security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system. We limit access to data to only those parties who are approved to have access to it.
Use of Cookies
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser. The BVAA only uses cookies only to enable secure members area sessions on the the BVAA corporate website. We do not store, nor track any personal information through cookies.
Credit Cards
The BVAA does not store any credit card information. Credit card information, including card holder’s name and address, is passed onto approved credit card processing firms through 128 bit encryption. Sharing & Usage
We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission. Information submitted to us is only available to BVAA volunteers managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to manage your child or childrens sports registrations.
Security of Data
The transmission of all personal information over the web is encrypted. Our database servers are in secure, monitored facilities and not available to the public. All administrative logins are recorded by date and time.
